What municipalities and public authorities ask us first.

Is claract compatible with German public procurement law and EVB-IT?

Contracting can be aligned with EVB-IT model terms on request. We're happy to work through the specifics of your municipality's tender and procurement situation in a direct conversation.

Where are citizen and administrative data processed?

We process personal and administrative data exclusively in the EU — by default in certified data centers in Germany. No third-country transfers take place.

Does claract work with our existing specialist systems?

claract can be connected to common municipal specialist systems, DMS and council information systems. We work out together, based on your specific system landscape, which integration makes sense and is feasible.

Can this align with IT-Grundschutz requirements?

We align our technical and organizational measures with IT-Grundschutz (BSI) requirements. claract does not currently hold a formal BSI certification — we're happy to discuss the specific alignment on request.

Are council minutes and citizen inquiries used to train the AI?

No. Inputs as well as council minutes, citizen inquiries and case data are never used to train or fine-tune the language models — contractually guaranteed by all LLM providers we use (incl. Microsoft Ireland, Google Cloud EMEA), which host within the EU/EEA.

How is usage billed?

Through a shared quota of AI actions for the whole administration — one query, one extraction, one transcript each counts as an action. One contract, transparent billing, no per-seat licensing maze.
