The name

claract combines two words: clarity and action. Understand first, then act — never the other way round. That’s why “act” carries the accent colour in our logotype: it’s the part that only comes after clarity.

The mark

The hand-drawn brush stroke stands for the human component: everything a company already has in data, knowledge and processes — plenty of it, grown over time, and sometimes not 100 percent precise. The clear dot at the centre stands for the opposite: what claract distills from it is absolutely sharp and unambiguous — no more room for interpretation, just one clear answer.

Where is my data stored?

We process personal data exclusively in the EU — by default in certified data centers in Germany. No third-country transfers take place.

Will my content be used to train models?

No. Inputs and client data are never used to train or fine-tune the language models — contractually guaranteed by all LLM providers we use (incl. Microsoft Ireland, Google Cloud EMEA), which host within the EU/EEA.

Which LLMs does OMM use?

Mixture of experts: we pick the right model per use case — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or open-source. All AI providers we use host within the EU/EEA. No vendor lock-in.

Is claract EU AI Act-compliant?

Yes. We provide risk classification, transparency reports and technical documentation for every use case.

How quickly will we go live?

How does the rollout work — and who trains our people?
