How are sensitive health and client data protected?

Under Art. 9 GDPR, health and client data are a special category of personal data requiring heightened protection. We process this data exclusively in the EU — by default in certified data centers in Germany. No third-country transfers take place, and the data processing agreement is tailored to these special requirements.

Does claract really relieve care and support staff?

Yes, at the point where the most time is lost: documentation. Handovers and case discussions are transcribed automatically, reports and care plans are drafted directly in Word, and applications or assessments can be captured in structured form instead of retyped. Is claract suitable for church/diaconal providers with their own data protection law?
