A morning with claract

7:30 to 11:00 — from the care management desk.

Handover is at 7:30. claract summarises the past 14 days and shows where the documentation still has gaps — in time for the MD audit, not after it. Care documentation keeps pace in the background instead of being caught up in the evening. And the discharge letter is ready before the shift changes. The time gained goes where your team chose this profession for.

Ask how claract relieves your organisation.

Describe a task from your daily work — intake, documentation checks, care history, discharge letters. The assistant shows you right here how claract would approach it. No strings attached, no sign-up.

Connected

claract sits beside your care documentation — not in front of it.

Your care software, documentation system, shift planning and outgoing mail stay where they are. claract reads from them, writes back and takes over the work in between: a shift becomes documentation, 14 days become a summary, and that becomes the discharge letter. Hosted in Germany.

FAQ

What organizations ask us first.

How are sensitive health and client data protected?

Under Art. 9 GDPR, health and client data are a special category of personal data requiring heightened protection. We process this data exclusively in the EU — by default in certified data centers in Germany. No third-country transfers take place, and the data processing agreement is tailored to these special requirements.

Does claract really relieve care and support staff?

Yes, at the point where the most time is lost: documentation. Handovers and case discussions are transcribed automatically, reports and care plans are drafted directly in Word, and applications or assessments can be captured in structured form instead of retyped. The time gained goes back into direct work with people.

Is claract suitable for church/diaconal providers with their own data protection law?

We adapt the data processing agreement to your church-specific or sector-specific data protection requirements — get in touch with us.

Will our content be used to train models?

No. Inputs and patient, resident and client data are never used to train or fine-tune the language models — contractually guaranteed by all LLM providers we use (incl. Microsoft Ireland, Google Cloud EMEA), which host within the EU/EEA.

How quickly will we go live?

First production feature in two weeks. The 6-week pilot ends with two measurably productive use cases — or your money back.

What if we want to leave?

Complete data export at any time. No lock-in — you keep your sources, prompts and the apps you built.

The case, discharged

The morning handover has become a properly managed case: 14 days of history summarised, every documentation gap closed, the discharge letter ready to sign. Audit-ready for the MD — and without an evening shift at the desk.
